A long woodblock-printed panorama accordion-folded (leporello fold / handscroll) into cloth over board covers. No printed title label.
Size: Some 7 1/4" high, by over 40' long
Printed throughout in color woodblock.
The panorama shows a traditional processional held every year at the Tokugawa tomb at the Tôshogu Shrine in Nikkô. Printed in Nikkô.
Nice impressions, one fold is detached, occasional weakness in the hinges. Overall good condition.
The wooden covers are slightly worn. The board covers are in overall Good condition. (please see our images).
